Shipping
SOHA orders in Cyprus are dispatched with BOX NOW for a flat €1.40 delivery charge. Once your order is handed over, we send the tracking reference to the email address used at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. During busy periods or new drops, processing may take slightly longer.
BOX NOW delivery
SOHA currently delivers across Cyprus using BOX NOW. The delivery charge is €1.40 per order and is shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, BOX NOW schedules, weekends, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking and delivery updates
When your order is dispatched, SOHA sends an email containing your BOX NOW tracking / shipment reference and a link to the BOX NOW tracking service. Please make sure your email address and phone number are entered correctly during checkout.
Incorrect delivery details
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
